Just moved in here to rv 8 and the management and residents here are very friendly and kind. One day, one week, and one month rentals available. Not a lease, they can terminate your contract at any time. Bring your own r.v. or rent one. DirectTv boxes available for 25 dollars a month, but only basic cable, wish they offered more channel selections. Everything works in the r.v. that I rented. Hot water, propane stove and oven, also a microwave. This is a good place to stay. 525 a month rent, with 125 dollar deposit. 3 people max per unit. Pets allowed, but since someone I used to know actually rented the unit before me and allowed some animals to destroy the unit, the manager told me I could not have an animal, even though animals are at other people's units. Seems unfair, but that is my only complaint. A/C is cold. First two bottles of propane are free, 3rd on is yours to refill along with everyone after that. 9:30 to 6:30 a.m. is "quiet time", and it is quiet. Mostly older people that are friendly living here. 5 stars. Couldn't ask it to be ran better.
